there is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. for good health, eat a variety of foods. do not eat the same foods day after day! foods should be selected everyday from each of ＇basic four.＇ they are the four groups of food essential to proper nutrition: the milk group, meat group, vegetable-fruit group, and bread-cereal group, your body will then be supplied with all the nutrients it requires; they are water, minerals, carbohydrate, fats and oils, proteins, and vitamins. a person＇s diet is determined by his attitudes, likes and dislikes. if you eat foods from each of the basic four groups each day, you will have a balanced diet.

singing is an interesting thing. theres people who are great singers that dont have good sounding voices (think dylan, or even bruce) and people who have great voices but arent technically good singers (think mariah carey--her phrasing is abysmal). now, there are a few singers that have good voices and are good technical singers--and these are the people that there is general agreement on. you make a list of these people as great singers and you generally dont get much argument. marvin gaye, elvis, paul mccartney, david ruffin of the temptations, kate bush, (to get out of rock a bit) sinatra. thats a few of them. anyone that tries to tell you that marvin gaye couldnt sing doesnt know anything about singing.

Today we had a short trip to Beidaihe River. We set out in the school bus at 7:20 a.m. The weather was pleasant and everyone of us was excited. After two hours’ ride, we arrived there at nine thirty. We began our programs as soon as we got off the bus. We played games on the sands and swam in the river happily. After that, we had lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon we walked along the beach to Nandaihe. It is also very beautiful. Many photos were taken there. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Time passed quickly and we had to leave,. It was half past four when we returned safe. What a good trip we had today! I’ll never forget it.

最近关注的一个公众号每天都更新一篇新概念英语的课文，课文下面还有文章里应该掌握的语法，然后还有具体的翻译，每天都会准时更新。有好的意见还可以告诉小编。

以前的英语老师也给我们抄过新概念英语，每周一篇，必须背的。现在看着公众号的文章，能有印象的很少，都忘记了。忘记的还有以前老师的名字。

已经三年了，其实有些想念以前的英语老师。她对我们很好，我们也都喜欢她，每隔一周老师就会给我们放英文电影，看电影的同时还能学学口语和发音。

老师上课的时候也很认真，语法讲的也很详细，以前的.英语笔记我现在也保存着，厚厚的一本，也可以算是我的宝典了吧，老师每讲一课单词，都会拓展，每周周三和周五是固定的考单词的日子，老师会叫两名同学在黑板上写，每桌写一次，如果座位上的同学抬头看了黑板就不用继续考了，就直接补考，老师的补考就是晚自习的时候在走廊里听写。

虽然她要求的严了一些，但是那段时间我的英语成绩确实很好，只要跟住老师，英语成绩就不会差，后来老师因为教的好，被别的学校挖走了。

不知道她现在怎么样，如果我看见她的话，一定会大声喊“英语老师！”
